- Unframed print shipping in the UK is free
- For Europe and US unframed print shipping – please contact me at [email protected], and I can confirm costs on a case by case basis.
- Unframed prints are normally dispatched within 3-5 business days and would arrive within 1-2 weeks to the UK and Europe. 2-3 weeks to North America.
- Original paintings and framed prints can easily shipped worldwide - each one is calculated on a case by case basis. Please note that international shipments may be subject to local duty, tax or other customs charges upon delivery. These customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary from country to country. Do check your local government website for additional guidance.

Unframed giclée prints purchased through the studio website shop:
Unframed giclée prints purchased through the studio website shop:
- Wrapped in acid free tissue paper
- Packaged in a specially selected flat cardboard envelope or tube.

For glass framed prints and original paintings purchased through the studio website shop:

- wrapped in acid free tissue paper
- wrapped with bubble wrap and
- slipped into a specially crafted cardboard box to match the size of the frame
- Please note for framed prints: only one of each framed print style is held in stock. If there is no stock available in your chosen print, dispatch time is on a case by case basis

Returns
Due to the nature of the artwork, all sales of prints are final and non-refundable.
Once an order is placed and processed, I am unable to accept returns or provide refunds.
Returns on damaged or lost artwork
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost. In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).
